WHEN DO WE MEET AND HOW?
Our standard/preferred coaching package consists of sessions by telephone four times per month for approximately 30 minutes, for a minimum of three months. This has proven to be a very effective frequency and time frame for experiencing meaningful progress and results towards your goals. There are other options, however. You may choose to meet twice monthly for a full session or on an as needed basis.

Platinum Coaching Package
The recommended coaching package is the preferred full coaching package. Four sessions per month will help you gain the momentum and the frequency of coaching to make noticeable progress quickly and efficiently. This package is Fon James’s VIP individual coaching program and consists of:
- Four- 30 minute one-on-one sessions per month!!!
- 2 laser coaching calls per month (10 minute sessions in between calls)!!!
- Unlimited email coaching!!!
- Inspirational and Encouraging text messages every Monday (optional)!!!
- 10% Discount for Membership Site
- Cost $300 per month ($275 monthly when you enroll for six months or more)
Coaching Alternatives
If our Platinum coaching package does not accommodate your schedule, budget or other needs, you should consider the Silver Coaching Package:
Silver Coaching Package
- Two, 30-minute one-on-one sessions per month!!!
- 1 laser coaching call per month (10 minute session in between calls)!!!
- Limited Email Coaching (10 emails per month)!!!
- Cost: $175 per month ($150 per month when you enroll for six months or more)!!!

HOW WILL SESSIONS WORK?
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions for online scheduling. Once the sessions have been scheduled, you will receive the instructions and conference phone number that you will use to call in for your sessions. Please remember, as the client, you are required to call in for your sessions!
HOW DO I SCHEDULE ONGOING SESSIONS WITH COACH FON?
After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions for online scheduling. Sessions are generally on the same day and time for four weeks of the month. WHAT TRAINING IS REQUIRED FOR COACHES?
There are many people who refer to themselves as coaches and presently, there is no specific training that is legally required in order for someone to refer to themselves as a “coach.” However, those who are serious about their work as a professional coach have many educational programs from which to receive training from a variety of organizations. WHAT TRAINING DOES FON JAMES HAVE?
In addition to a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix- Houston Campus, and a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Jackson State University, I am a Certified Professional Coach. I received my coach training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (www.iPECcoaching.com), an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed training program. The ICF accredits coach training programs, offers a rigorous credentialing process and serves coaches in 80 countries.
